1. Digital Products Policy

At gambaranak.com, we provide digital coloring pages and educational sketches. Because our products are digital files delivered via internet download, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase or download link has been accessed.

Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as the buyer retains the file even after a refund.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We want you to be happy with your experience. We may consider refund requests under the following specific conditions:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice.

• Technical Issues: If there is a technical defect in the file that prevents it from being opened or used, and our technical team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of your report.

• Major Description Error: If the delivered file is significantly different from what was described on the product page.

2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (E-wallet or Bank Transfer) within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
